Gamma’s strengths

Generation and surface area. Gamma will draft a narrative, not only a title slide, and the same workspace can become a doc or a small site. If your job is “make a thing people open in a tab,” they are ahead of a slide-only editor.

Sharing. A Gamma link, embeds, and (on Pro) analytics and custom domains are a product. We export files. We do not currently sell viewer analytics or a stack of custom domains.

Design defaults. Their cards look finished in a way a raw Reveal.js theme does not, unless you restyle it. If you need “pretty without CSS,” Gamma will feel easier.

Credits are explicit. You can see the meter — more honest than a vague “unlimited*,” even when the meter is why people leave.

Switching (no fake concierge)

There is no one-click “import my Gamma workspace.” Export from Gamma to PPTX or PDF if you still need those files. Rebuild the talk in our editor, or generate a first draft on Pro and edit. Keep a Gamma export before you cancel. We cannot retrieve content from their account.
